Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on hair extensions once opened or worn. All sales are final.
If your order is incorrect or damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@chanteallure.com with photos. We’ll gladly resolve the issue.
Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we begin processing and cannot guarantee changes.
Refunds are only issued for orders canceled within the allowed window or for items proven to be defective or incorrect.
